was officially re-opened by Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh and Northeastern President Joseph E. Aoun. Northeastern committed $108 million to renovations and maintenance of the 6.5-acre state-of-the-art park, which features two full-length fields, five tennis courts and a “tot lot” with equipment for children with disabilities that was dedicated to graduate Victoria McGrath, who was injured in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing and died in a tragic accident overseas in 2016. |

A very challenging renovation of an existing chemical engineering campus building. Project was constructed in 23 phases over a period of 18 months. Throughout the 75,000 SF project all system power distribution, fire alarm (mass notification), lighting and lighting control while working around a partially occupied facility. |

18-story residence hall . Aldon Electric teamed up with John Moriarty and Associates, construction began in 2016 and was just completed in 2018. It includes a convenience store on site to provide residents with easy access to groceries and supplies, a Dunkin Donuts, Fitness Center, Dance Studio, as well as 102 covered bicycle spaces and 15 underground parking spaces. Ground floor space will be used for student activities, with additional function space on the top floor. Aldon Electric installed the electrical distribution system, fire alarm, lighting and lighting control system. Aldon’s team consisted of up to 50 IBEW Local 103 electricians at the peak of construction. |
