99 Coolidge AveWatertown - will reside on the six acre property formerly occupied by the Mt. Auburn Club. The five story, 255,000 SF building is being built to the highest sustainable standards; and it will achieve LEED v4 Gold certification and exceed the Massachusetts Stretch Energy Code standard for reduced energy consumption by 40%. On-site parking will be housed in an efficient 6-story above grade garage which will directly connect to the building via an enclosed, second story bridge.
Beyond its LEED certification, the building will be built with ultra-efficient building mechanical systems, an enhanced façade and a highly efficient envelope design. Additionally, both buildings will support a robust solar array on each roof that will produce 780kwh energy on an annual basis for on-site energy consumption.
